Cabrini School is an existing school-building structure located in OshKosh, WI that is listed on the state and federal registries for historic buildings. Consisting of two buildings erected in 1904 and 1925 respectively, the complex consists of an area of 45,000 square feet. This iconic school building in OshKosh was restored into a 32-unit apartment building. M R Window Solution was contracted to oversee, supply and install the replacement of 151 windows and the restoration of 48 existing historic windows. As we do with all of the Historic Tax Credit (HTC) projects that we work on, MRWS worked closely with the GC and architect to ensure that the windows scope would meet with the approval criteria set forth by Wisconsin's State Historic Preservation office in Madison as well as the National Parks Service department in Washington D.C., the administrative bodies that govern the Historic Tax Credit program.
