In 1971, the Green Bay Housing Authority commissioned the construction of this 8-story majestic building which houses over 150 apartment units for the city's senior population. In 2021 the building was included on Wisconsin’s State Register of Historic Places. In January of 2024, a massive remodeling project commenced wherein MRWS was contracted to "remove and replace with new" over 650 windows at 334 openings. By April of 2024, Phase 1 (or 4 phases) was completed, with the remaining work on this massive project  expected to continue throughout 2024 and into the first quarter of 2025.
