In late 2023, groundbreaking commenced on a $38.8 million project to transform the area near MLK and Locust into 93 affordable apartments and a new 18,000-square-foot library branch. As part of that project, MRWS was contracted to supply and install 58 new windows at the building that formerly housed the historic Garfield Theater, one of Milwaukee's iconic landmarks. MRWS's scope of work on this project was completed in May of 2024.
