The Oscars Apartments complex in Madison, WI is a 2-story building new-construction development that commenced construction in Spring of 2021. The "Family Apartments" building is a 55-unit, 4-story structure with 162 windows, 35 sliding patio doors and 17 swinging patio doors. M R Window Solutions furnished and installed the Quaker Manchester Series vinyl single-hung windows and sliding patio doors, as well as the 17 ThermaTru SmoothStar fiberglass swinging patio doors. The "Senior Apartments" which sits adjacent to the Family Apartments building, was erected simultaneously and MRWS also supplid and installed the windows and doors for this structure, as well. The window and door package for the Senior Apartments building consists of 132 windows, 42 sliding patio doors and 13 swinging patio doors.
