Apartment Complex
River Parkway Apartments complex consists of 2 4-story new-construction buildings located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. MRWS was contracted to supply and install the windows and doors in the second building, which commenced construction in Fall of 2022. This building is a 50-unit, 4-story structure with 146 windows, 43 sliding patio doors and 7 swinging patio doors. M R Window Solutions furnished and installed the Quaker Manchester Series vinyl single-hung windows, awning windows and sliding patio doors, as well as the ThermaTru SmoothStar fiberglass swinging patio doors.
