Built just over 20 years ago, this marvelous apartment building with luxury penthouse condos rests on the shores of Lake Michigan in Racine, Wisconsin. In 2024, MRWS took on the replacement of 334 windows and 86 sliding patio doors as part of an expansive renovation project. In addition, MRWS installed new storefront systems at the building main entry and vestibule on the east elevation.
