The Sheboygan Press building, which was constructed in 1924, was the home of the Sheboygan Press until 2019 and was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 2020. In 2023, MRWS was contracted to replace 75 of the building's window openings with Quaker Windows M600 Series aluminum casement windows. In addition, MRWS completed the custom restoration of the building's 5 historic garage door openings on the north elevation. This unique renovation project maintained the historic character of the building, while providing 29 new apartments for city-dwellers in Sheboygan: 14 one-bedroom, 14 two-bedroom and one studio.
