For this newly constructed hotel, MRWS provided the windows and the installation labor for all 127 openings. Because the overall window openings must also accommodate the PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner) units in each room, the Quaker K200 aluminum windows come with the exterior louvres as an integrated part of the overall window frame assembly. As the provider and installer of these windows, we work closely with the GC, Framing and HVAC subcontractors to ensure that the finished product is correct. Shop drawing reviews with all the related trades is crucial. This project holds special meaning for MRWS as it was the very first contract we were awarded as a new company in 2020.
